What is the legal nature of the service?
Onets.ma provides technical access to a catalogue for which broadcasting rights have been obtained, or which is royalty-free. It is not an aggregator of pirated streams, nor a code generator, nor a copy of third-party publishers' pay packages without a contract.
What content is excluded?
Onets.ma does not provide unauthorised retransmission of pay channels or services for which we do not hold the rights (in particular sports brands and premium packs belonging to third parties). Any request to the contrary is refused.
How do you report an infringement (DMCA and equivalents)?
The rights holder can write to contact@onets.ma with: identification of the work, the URL concerned, a statement of good faith and a signature. We examine the notice and remove or block the disputed content when it is well-founded. A counter-notice is possible if the subscriber considers the removal unjustified.
Which law applies in Morocco and in the EU?
Moroccan literary and artistic property law, and, for data subjects in the European Union, the GDPR principles (access, rectification, erasure, portability) described in the privacy policy. The Digital Services Act (DSA) inspires our point of contact for reports.
What are the subscriber's obligations?
The subscription is personal. Prohibited: reselling the access, mass extraction of streams, circumventing a technical measure, publicly broadcasting a stream outside the intended framework. Failure to comply leads to termination without refund, except where the legal guarantee applies.
How does Onets.ma check the scope of the catalogue?
The control relies on three complementary levels. The declared origin of the stream is checked first, before it is added. The catalogue is then reviewed when a partner changes its terms or withdraws an authorisation. Finally, any sufficiently precise notice from a rights holder triggers a documented review of the URL and the content concerned. During this check, the disputed access may be suspended as a precaution.
This procedure does not mean that every programme remains available permanently. An authorisation may be limited to a territory, a period, a language or a type of device. The catalogue shown in the app may therefore change without the plan changing. The figures announced describe an indicative volume at a given date; they are not a promise that a specific title will remain accessible for the whole length of the subscription.
What information makes a report easier to handle?
A usable message states the requester's name, their capacity or mandate, the work concerned, the exact address of the content and the legal reason for the request. Screenshots and rights references speed up the analysis. A vague request covering the whole site with no URL and no identification of the work does not allow a reliable decision; the team then replies to ask for the missing elements. A complete notice receives a written reply within 48 business hours.
Is there a risk-free guarantee?
Yes. A refund within 30 days under the terms of sale if the licensed service does not match its description, excluding misuse of the login details.
Are you a rights holder who wants to report content?
Takedown requests are handled through the channel indicated above. For any prior question about the scope of the catalogue or the origin of a stream, support replies directly and forwards it to the person in charge.
