Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the provision of the Onets.ma IPTV Morocco service, based on technical access to television over the internet. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of the service

The service consists of providing access credentials (Xtream Codes, M3U link or equivalent) that allow the customer to receive channel streams and on-demand content on their supported equipment, for the chosen length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the plans in force).

The number of channels, the quality (HD/4K) and the VOD catalogue are indicative and may change. The service is provided “as is” within the technical limits of the networks and servers.

3. Ordering and activation

Orders are mainly placed through WhatsApp. After confirmation of the plan and of the payment, the login details are sent to the customer within an average of 15 minutes (subject to validation of the payment).

The subscriber undertakes to provide accurate information and to use the login details on a personal, non-commercial basis (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). The applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order. Payment is due before activation.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, CashPlus, Wafacash, bank card (depending on availability). Onets.ma applies no additional fee for these methods.

5. Refund guarantee (30 days)

The subscriber has 30 days from activation to request a full refund if they are not satisfied with the service, provided that the login details have not been shared abusively and that the request is made through the official contact channel.

The refund is processed within 48 business hours after the request is validated. After 30 days, no refund is due except for a proven defect of the service attributable to the provider.

6. Customer obligations

• Use the service in compliance with the laws applicable in their country
• Not resell, mass-share or misuse the login details
• Have sufficient internet access (recommended: 10 Mbps HD, 25 Mbps 4K)
• Not use the service for unlawful purposes

7. Liability

Onets.ma undertakes to use reasonable means to ensure the continuity and quality of the service. It cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, failure of the operators' networks, blocking by third parties or non-compliant use by the customer.

In any event, any liability of Onets.ma is limited to the amount of the subscription paid by the customer for the period concerned.

8. Termination

The subscription ends when the chosen length expires. No automatic renewal is applied. The subscriber may stop using the service at any time; no refund is due for the unused period outside the 30-day guarantee.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules.
