When you use the site and the service, we may collect:

• Contact data provided voluntarily through WhatsApp or by email (phone number, name if given, message)
• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through server logs and, where applicable, analytics tools
• Data related to the order and the activation of the service (chosen plan, activation date)

We do not collect banking data on the site. Payments are processed through the channels indicated (bank transfer, CashPlus, Wafacash or a payment provider).

3. Purposes of processing

• Answering contact and support requests
• Processing and activating subscriptions
• Providing customer follow-up and the refund guarantee
• Improving the site and the quality of the service
• Complying with the applicable legal obligations

4. Legal basis and retention period

Processing is based on the performance of the contract (subscription), consent (getting in touch) or legitimate interest (improving the service and security).

Order and support data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, where applicable, for the legal limitation periods. Technical logs are kept for the limited time needed for security and diagnostics.

5. Recipients and transfers

The data is intended for the support teams and, where applicable, for technical providers (the host Vercel, communication tools). No personal data is sold to third parties.

Support conversations go through a third-party messaging service (WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms), which processes messages under its own privacy policy and may transfer data outside Morocco. Writing by email avoids that channel.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, objection or portability.

7. Cookies and trackers

The site uses technical cookies needed for it to work (session, preferences). No third-party advertising cookie is set by default. If analytics tools are used, their settings follow good data-minimisation practice.
